What is true revival? Evan Roberts of the Welsh revival of 1904 gave 4 exhortations: confess all known sin, forgive everyone, obey the prompting of the Holy Spirit, and publicly confess Christ as Savior. If we draw near to God, He will draw near to us. Revival can start with us.
