To help everyone get through security in a timely manner, if you need to bring a bag (including backpacks and diaper bags), we recommend bags no larger than 14” x 14” x 6”.

The doors will open 1 ½ hours before the beginning of the concert.

Yes. You may bless someone else with your ticket if you cannot attend the concert. Simply email or send a screenshot of your entire ticket to your friend or family member. It will be scanned at the door for entry.

You can donate any tickets you will not be using by clicking by simply going to your “confirmation email” from Brushfire, then click on “Manage Attendees”, and then on Donate Back.

We will not be taking a wait list for this event.

We will not have overflow seating for this event to provide the best concert experience for all those attending.

No, childcare is not provided for this event.

Yes. The concert is approximately 1 ½ hours in length, and children also require a ticket.

Yes. We have seating arrangements for those in wheelchairs or using walkers.

No strollers will be allowed inside the sanctuary seating area.

Only water bottles will be allowed into the sanctuary.

The concert will not be live-streamed or recorded.

The maximum number of seats that can be saved is six. If saved seats are not filled 15 minutes before the concert begins, they will be given away.
