Annual activities forms
Our annual activities wavier gives your student the ability to attend any activity the High School ministry puts on besides camps. Each camp will have its own specific form that will need to be filled out for that camp. This form will be valid through June 1 - May 31. Click the link below to fill out the annual activities waiver.

- MobiCip – This program will allow you to monitor and also block websites for your children. This program will also work with iPhones & iPads.
- ALLIANCE DEFENDING FREEDOM – If you have any questions about your student’s rights at school or your rights at their school we recommend you start with Alliance Defending Freedom.
