The Lord Is Our Passover – Part 2
Reference: Luke 22:1-6
The revelation of the risen Christ on Easter Sunday morning, over two thousand years ago, must have hit the people like a hurricane. Controversy and excitement had marked His earthly life and ministry, but this new day would change everything. The Bible says that because Jesus lived a perfect life here on earth, in full surrender to God the Father, the power of sin and death had no power over Him. His resurrection shattered the curse of the grave; and by His victory, we also can experience death-defying life and be with God forever. Faith and trust in the resurrected Lord guarantees everlasting life. There is no other person in all of history that has made such a promise, who lived, died and rose again to prove it. The Bible teaches that Jesus is Lord, The Lord of all. But the question is, “Is Jesus Christ your Lord?”
(Lk 22:1-6)
